In the year 1998, INDIALAW LLP (originally called ‘Sreeji & Lal’) was founded singlehandedly by Sreejith. Over the course of 20 years, he has successfully handled several civil and commercial litigations in the High Court of Bombay and other courts besides various non-litigation assignments.
Well-known as an expert strategist, his opinion is continually sought after. Though his forte is commercial arbitration, he is a man of many hats. His unique approach is to create a specialist mechanism for handling regular commercial arbitrations in a time bound manner for faster dispute resolution, obviating procedural delays in the civil litigation. His work got him nominated as a member of the National Task Force constituted by CII on Dispute Resolution.
Sreejith has also developed an innovative mechanism for the execution of the Arbitral Award and Decrees and has successfully handled thousands of execution proceedings across the country. The mechanism includes a potent blend of technology, a systematic approach and subsequent training to the Associates & Advocates.

A Senior Partner with INDIALAW, Dinesh heads the Firm’s Delhi office. His portfolio includes 23 years of litigation experience in the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi and the Trial Courts & Tribunals in Delhi. He is well-versed with commercial arbitration and has handled the cases of several of the Firm’s corporate clients.
He has represented various MNCs in corporate and commercial matters and has appeared in many civil, criminal and arbitration matters for various Corporates and Public Corporations like Hewlett Packard, Tata Motors, HMT, Mahindra Reva, Muthoot Finance, PNB Metlife, Geojit PNB Paribas, Bellary Iron Ores Pvt Ltd., MSPL Ltd., Mormugoa Port Trust, KSIDC, etc.
Dinesh started his practice at the District Court of Delhi in 1994 and moved to the Supreme Court of India in 1997. He then went on to serve as the Standing Counsel for the State of Kerala in the Supreme Court of India for five years (2006–2011) representing the State.
He has filed and represented the State in a large number of landmark cases involving complex constitutional issues. His rich experience and insight in practise has led to the publishing of many articles in journals of national repute.

Prior to moving to Cochin, Vinod was a part of the Firm’s Pan India litigation, Arbitration and Intellectual Property team at Pan India HQ in Mumbai. During his tenure with the firm, he has represented matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
A highly regarded Intellectual Property lawyer, Vinod has wide experience in both IP litigation, and IP filing and prosecution and has represented many clients in their patent, copyright, and trade mark infringement suits. Additionally, he is a Registered Patent Agent with the Indian Patent Office.
Vinod’s expertise also includes Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Arbitration.
